Inzentive’s Innovative Construction Modules:

·       Are produced in a factory environment providing modules that are manufactured to precise specifications and available in custom sizes.

·       The Inner and Outer Construction Panels are molded together using our propriety INZENTENSION™ mechanical system creating the required wall thickness with all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural elements included.

·       Completed Modules are loaded into specially designed shipping containers and delivered to site for fast and accurate assembly.

·       Assembled Modules are filled with concrete providing a completed structure ready for finish work in a very short time frame.

The results are higher quality finished structures built and completed significantly faster.

Construction Panels are made from Cement Bonded Particle Boards (CBPB)

·       Durability – CBPB is one of the most durable building board materials. It combines the strength of cement with the flexibility of wood.

·       Easy Workability - Working with CBPB is easy using most conventional wood-working tools and procedures.  Dry process installation is clean and quick.

·       Weather Resistance - Because the wood particles are mineralized it does not degenerate from the effects of moisture, rain, sun, or heat 

·       Safe from termites and fungus attacks - Termites do not attack CBPB because the wood particles are immersed in cement.  Fungi cultures do not develop because of its alkaline nature (pH Value = 12)

·       Fire Resistance – According to British standard BS-476, CBPB is classified as a type O, virtually non-combustible material.

·       Thermal Insulation - CBPB has excellent heat insulating properties due to its wood content.  Its K value is 0.1 W/mc, one of the lowest among the external use building boards.

·       Sound Insulation – CBPD has a density of 1300 kg/m making it an excellent sound proofing material.

·       Environmentally Friendly – CBPB is contains wood particles obtained from plantation-grown trees and is an excellent substitute for natural woods.  It is fully recyclable and landfill friendly compared to traditional Gypsum based products.

·       Contains no Pollutants or Hazardous Materials – CBPB is asbestos free and contains no other pollutants or formaldehydes normally found in other construction materials.
